Procore Technologies is a developer of a cloud-based project-management platform intended to manage construction and real-estate projects. The company's web-based platform features tools for daily job logs, future analytics, RFI management and schedule-sharing, enabling general contractors and construction firms to edit and share data in the field as well as provide facility owners with continuous visibility on the progress of their entire project portfolio. 


Procore’s aim is to modernize and digitize construction management by enabling real-time access to project information. Procore’s platform claims to simplify complex workflows and facilitate communication among key stakeholders. Procore offers products across four core categories that aim to address a range of needs throughout a construction project’s lifecycle: preconstruction, project management, resource management, and financial management.

Procore Mobile, also offers a mobile construction application that enables users to review, create, edit, and share project data with team members from various locations. The company helps firms drastically increase project efficiency and accountability by streamlining and mobilizing project communications and documentation. Procore also provides Procore Drive, a document management platform with file upload and downloads that allows teams to share and collaborate on files without the impediments of FTP clients or other cumbersome file sharing solutions and CurrentSet, a drawing management application that organizes construction drawings into one master set and Procore Construction OS, a cohesive platform that connects people, applications, and devices to create a frictionless construction process. Its software manages various construction projects that include industrial plants, office buildings, apartment complexes, university facilities, retail centers, and more.

Procore has had over 1 million projects and more than $1 trillion in construction volume run through its platform. 

Procore has had 14 funding rounds over the past 6 years, raising $648.9 million, from investors including Tiger Global Management, Dragoneer Investments, and ICONIQ Capital. They have also acquired 5 companies to help expand their services. Procore had planned to go public in February 2020, but postponed their plans to 2021 due to the pandemic.
